Eat real food.

I’m coming out of hibernation from strep throat, because I just have to say this: My son is thirteen, and we saw Into the Wild together at the theater. Since then, he’s seen it twice at his pretty cool school.

Today, he told me “I just figured out what Into the Wild was about. It’s about not being owned.”

All this time, I haven’t been able to find a way to say it. He nailed it.

By the way, we’re doing this strep throat thing without antibiotics. I’ll let you know how it goes.
