We live in a strange world. Other animals look around and sniff, exploring to see what’s good to eat. Humans read. We read packages, recipes, magazine articles, and books to tell us what to eat. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could eat more like the other creatures, by listening to our bodies and following our instincts? (more…)
